What resources are available through the Dana Center’s web catalog?
The web catalog gives you access only to the Dana Center products that are available for sale. The web catalog does not list our many free products. How can I purchase products from the Dana Center’s web catalog?
After you identify the products you want, add them to your shopping cart. To add an item to your cart, you must go to the individual product page and, in the box at the bottom, enter the quantity you wish to order. Then scroll down and click on the Add to Cart button. Follow the directions to continue shopping or to check out.
You can check out using a major credit card or a by selecting the PrePay option. If you want to use a purchase order, you may select the PrePay option, and enter PO in the Payment Info field. If you select the PrePay option, please fax a copy of your purchase order to 512-471-2759, or mail your payment to the Charles A. Dana Center, 1616 Guadalupe St. Suite 3.206, Austin, TX 78701. Please reference your Dana Center order number in the fax. We cannot ship your items until we receive your purchase order or payment.
Who do I make the purchase order/check payable to?
All purchase orders and checks should be made payable to The University of Texas at Austin.

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Our shipping and handling charges are calculated by total dollar amount of the order:

Shipping rates are for United States destinations only. For international rates, please e-mail email@example.com for a shipping estimate.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped within Texas are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%, excluding orders for tax-exempt customers. If you are a tax-exempt customer, please fill in your district name or your 9-digit IRS employer identification number at checkout.
How can I get a “sole source distributor” letter when purchasing your products?
We have a standard letter that lists the products for which we are the sole source. Download the sole source letter.
How do I access AMDM or AQR products?

What credit cards are accepted?
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
What is the refund policy?
