We’ll Come to You

If you would like us to bring a session to your district, contact us at dana-services@utlists.utexas.edu
to learn more.

Our standards-aligned leadership, mathematics, and science sessions are for educators and education leaders in Texas and across the nation.

While we offer professional support in various configurations—from intensive one-to-two-day engagements to yearlong academies with multiple sessions—our strong preference is to work with teachers and leaders as part of a long-term coherent effort to improve your district’s instructional practices.

Many of our short sessions are designed to provide you with a gateway to our comprehensive K–12 systems services.

Leadership Professional Development

Our professional development sessions for education leaders focus on processes and skills for collecting data about the instructional program, for aligning curriculum, instruction, and assessment, and for collaborating with colleagues, including classroom teachers, to improve the instructional program—particularly in mathematics and science.

Mathematics and Science Professional Development

Research indicates that teacher practice is refined through structured collaborative effort among teachers within the school system.

Thus, most of our sessions build on the same suite of protocols and tools we use in providing intensive support to local schools or districts and include a similar emphasis on deepening understanding of local or national education standards as well as of pedagogy and content.
