Because the venue is not at a hotel, we do not have a room block. Please contact a hotel of your choice near the Lincoln Parish Library to make reservations. Click here for a selection of hotels in Ruston.
Note: Always be sure to inquire about taxes and fees on the hotel rate to get a true total for your stay.
If you choose to stay at the Courtyard there will be a room block for our group that isn’t quite ready yet. If you need to make arrangements now please reserve your room under your own name at the regular rate directly with the hotel. We will provide the hotel a list of participants and those on the list will be charged at the group rate.
Please note: It is important that you attend all sessions. If you have a conflict with a cohort session date, please look at the other cohort meeting dates and submit a change form to attend another cohort for those sessions no later than 1 week prior to any date in your request. Note: You should change dates only with another cohort of the same type as yours. (For example, if you are in a Secondary ELA cohort and have a conflict with the dates for sessions 2-3, you can request a change to attend the sessions 2-3 with the other Secondary ELA cohort. You cannot change to attend sessions 2-3 with an elementary cohort.) Changes are made on a limited basis and are subject to space availability. (See all cohort dates here)
