If you are in need of a hotel room you are welcome to make reservations at the Hilton Shreveport or at another hotel of your choice. Please choose a hotel that fits your district’s budget requirements that allows participants to get to the venue for both days of training. Always be sure to inquire about taxes and fees on the hotel rate to get a true total for your stay.
If you choose to stay at the Hilton Shreveport, please use the this link to ensure you get the group rate. This rate is effective only until November 26 or until all rooms in the block are filled.
It is important that you attend all sessions. If you have a conflict with a cohort session date, please look at the other cohort meeting dates and submit a change request to attend another cohort for those sessions. Note: You should change dates only with another cohort of the same type as yours. (For example, if you are in a Secondary cohort and have a conflict with the dates for sessions 2-3, you can request a change to attend sessions 2-3 with the other Secondary cohort. You cannot change to attend sessions 2-3 with an elementary cohort.) Changes are made on a limited basis and are subject to space availability. (See all dates here.)
