Dana Center Role

As team lead, Erica oversees the deployment of higher education resources by working with managers and senior leadership to set up goals, project requirements, budgets, and deadlines. She establishes project grant deliverables, timelines, action items, and updates on all higher education projects. In addition, Erica cultivates robust and sustainable working relationships between different teams within the Center to foster an environment of cross-functional collaboration and teamwork. Her projects include the execution and management of various higher education initiatives such as the Dana Center Mathematics Pathways (formerly New Mathways Project) and the implementation of Smartsheet and other project management tools across the Center.  

Before Joining the Dana Center

Erica worked at the Brooklyn College library and the Dean’s Office of Student Affairs at New York University in roles that supported the academic success of students. Previously at an immigration law firm, she interviewed clients, catalogued information, and researched human rights conditions as part of the case submission of political asylum and violence-against-women legal cases.
