Dana Center role
Emily serves the operations team by providing internal process analysis and solutions, improving interdepartmental workflows, and overseeing the production of print resources for internal clients. Emily ensures that the team uses the most current and efficient processes, thereby increasing coherence between the operations team and the rest of the Dana Center.
Before joining the Dana Center
Prior to her current position, Emily worked for five years in STEM education for non-profit organizations, including the Texas Alliance for Minorities in Engineering where she managed math and science competitions and mobile STEM museum programs. She also worked for Thinkery, a children’s museum in Austin, coordinating youth career readiness programs, volunteer resources, and summer camp programs. Emily is pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
