Applications may be submitted after April 12, 2013. If the application is submitted after April 12, subgrantees are not guaranteed to receive their NOGAs by September 1, 2013.Region 10 ESC notified each current subgrantee of the funding amounts for 2013-2014 on March 8, 2014.
