Texas Support for Homeless Education Program (TEXSHEP) 2007 Spring Training Conference

The TEXSHEP Spring Training Conference has exceeded capacity and registration is closed. No additional participants will be accepted, and there is no space for walk-in attendees.

If you have any questions, please contact the THEO office at 512-475-9709.

The Texas Support for Homeless Education Program (TEXSHEP) grant states that grantees are required to attend designated training sessions. At least one person from each TEXSHEP subgrantee must attend all of the sessions listed below. This document includes important details about a designated session that will take place on February 28 to March 2, 2007; please read it carefully and keep it for future reference. This training requirement will replace the spring 2007 Training requirement listed in the RFA that was originally set for Hot Springs, Arkansas. Texas McKinney-Vento Border Initiative (TMVBI) subgrantees must also have at least one person at all of the required sessions.

Please note: Subgrantees are responsible for paying all costs associated with this training. This would include registration, hotel fees, food expenses, travel, taxi, parking, etc. McKinney-Vento funds may be used for this purpose.

Registration fee: There is a $259 registration fee for TEXSHEP subgrantees and for non-TEXSHEP subgrantees. Please go to www.region10.org to register. Registration must be completed online for this event.
