Good morning TEXSHEP/TXMVBI Subgrantees,
On the last morning of the fall conference, Barbara reviewed a reporting document with everyone—the Anticipated Annual Expenses table. As you may recall, the management team will use this document to have a better understanding of the alignment between the services you deliver and the expected budget associated with doing so throughout this year of the grant. Barbara and the team have worked diligently at coming up with a concrete example for you to review as well as the table that would go along with the sample information. Please review the two samples provided for you, along with the instructions, and then begin the process of completing your own AAE table The AAE table alone will be due to Region 10 (to the attention of Carey Foster) on the same date that expenditure reports are due—January 2, 2008.
The documents appear on the TEXSHEP grant page, third bullet down.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to be in touch and thank you in advance for your time and effort. Have a great day!
Elizabeth Winford
Hello TEXSHEP and TXMVBI Subgrantees,
It seems like we were just all together for our fall conference and here it is, time to prepare for the spring conference! As you have time, please review the following two documents and begin the process of registering for the conference and making hotel arrangements if you are staying in Austin.
As a reminder, this conference is open to all service providers, school districts, and generally anyone that is interested in attending that you may work with so please feel free to inform them and invite them. There are flyers that can be given as well. If you need some, please check in with the THEO group and I'm sure some can be sent to you. One final reminder, the cut-off date for obtaining the state rate at the hotel is Friday, February 8th, 2008. If you have any questions about the attachments, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Take care, everyone, and Happy Holidays!
