Updated Fact Sheets

The Resource Packet and Fact Sheets have been updated and include:
- a new Resource Packet Cover and Table of Contents;
- a revised Unaccompanied Youth fact sheet;
- a new fact sheet on immigrants and homelessness;
- a new fact sheet on Title III guidelines for school districts and community agencies;
- a new fact sheet on substitute and foster care for children and homeless eligibility; and
- a revised volunteer manual for persons assisting with the identification of homeless children and youth.
