Linear Relationships: Going Beyond the CBR Motion Detector
2-day session, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; fee $370
This seminar is designed for instructional specialists and classroom teachers, 6th through 12th grade, who want to explore linear relationships using Texas Instruments graphing calculators (TI-83+ or 84+). Participants use the calculator and other data-collection devices beyond the CBR (Calculator-Based Ranger) motion detector in activities designed to explore linear relationships. The session will support educators in implementing the new technology required by the revised TEKS.
