CWT: Classroom Walk-Through Training with Reflective Practice
Two 1-day sessions, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; fee $495
This seminar provides a practical, step-by-step approach for instructional leaders that's rooted in research and allows for simple, immediate implementation. The CWT process allows leaders to gather real-time data on their curriculum and instructional program. Participants learn and practice the CWT protocol as well as a process for designing and facilitating reflection and action among teachers in response to the data.
These questions serve as the focus for this seminar:
- How do I gather data about teaching and learning on my campus?
- How can I use data to promote reflective dialogue and take action?
- How do I initiate and structure conversations about teaching and learning?
