*The TCTM Leadership Award is presented to a TCTM member who is nominated by a TCTM Affiliated Group. This person is to be honored for his/her contributions to the improvement of mathematics education at the local and state level. He/she has designed innovative staff development and has promoted the local TCTM Affiliated mathematics council.

**The E. Glenadine Gibb Achievement Award honors the recipient for his/her contribution to the improvement of mathematics education at the state and/or national level. Dr. Gibb was a prominent teacher and author in mathematics education. In 1974, Gibb served as the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics president. Gibb authored or co-authored articles that appeared in more than 100 publications, such as Arithmetic Teacher, Mathematics Teacher, and the Journal of Educational Research. As a professor at UT-Austin, she mentored a generation of mathematics teachers. In 1995, TCTM established this leadership award to honor her for her contributions to the field.
