STEM-Related Professional Development
TC-STEM is providing research-based professional development, resources, and support to improve the capacity of Texas secondary schools to prepare students to be college- and work-ready in mathematics and science. TC-STEM will offer rigorous, relevant STEM professional development to help teachers and leaders
- integrate science, technology, and math concepts in their instruction;
- engage students in hands-on, problem-based activities;
- help students meet the state's new, more rigorous graduation requirements in math and science; and
- create support structures for effective STEM programs.
