Sarah Searcy works with Dana Center writers and other publications team members to plan, develop, review, edit, and produce Dana Center publications.
Before joining the Dana Center in January of 2008, Ms. Searcy worked as a copyeditor for the Psychonomic Society, a publisher of experimental psychology journals. Prior to that, she coordinated the tutoring and supplemental instruction programs at St. Edward's University and also served as an adjunct professor, teaching a number of writing courses and a course of her own design on social problems in Austin.
Ms. Searcy graduated from Brown University with a degree in comparative literature and completed the coursework for a master's in English at the University of California at Santa Barbara.
