Lesley Leach

Research Scientist Associate III

Dr. Lesley Leach is a member of the research team at the Charles A. Dana Center. Dr. Leach's current work includes research and evaluation of the Advanced Mathematical Decision Making 4th-year capstone course. Dr. Leach also provides research support on several other projects, including the Academic Youth Development Program, Algebra I Intensification Project, and District Services Technical Assistance.

Outside of her work at the Dana Center, Dr. Leach teaches online research courses through the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton. She also holds the position of external evaluator for Project SETS, a National Science Foundation grant program that seeks to impact elementary students' science achievement and teachers' knowledge of effective teaching strategies through the use of simulated teaching environments. Before joining the Dana Center in 2009, Dr. Leach held statistical consulting positions at UNT.
