Joyce Polanco

Senior Program Coordinator

Joyce Polanco serves as a senior program coordinator for the mathematics education team with the Partnership for High Achievement. In this position, she works with teachers and administrators in Texas to facilitate student success.

Prior to joining the Dana Center in 2005, Ms. Polanco worked for a large urban school district in Texas as a mathematics specialist. She also has 11 years of classroom teaching experience in elementary and middle school mathematics.

Additionally, Ms. Polanco has extensive experience providing staff development in mathematics for teachers in grades K–8. She holds a B.S. in education from The University of Texas at Austin.
