Janie Phillips
Administrative Associate
Janie Phillips works as an administrative associate for the Texas Homeless Education Office (THEO). She handles all administrative functions for the THEO staff.
Before coming to the Charles A. Dana Center, Mrs. Phillips was an administrative assistant at the Texas Education Agency for 11 years, where she worked with the homeless education and migrant programs as well as other special populations.
Mrs. Phillips completed training at Austin Business College in Austin, Texas, in June 1983, before joining the Texas Education Agency.
