The revision of the Science TEKS was adopted by the State Board of Education in 2009 and is to be implemented statewide in 2010-2011.
The Science TEKS booklet from the Dana Center (available through the web catalog or as a download on this page) includes an introduction detailing the 2009 changes. It also includes a copy of the English Language Proficiency Standards. (See the TEA website for a free copy of the ELPS.)
