The Partnership for High Achievement builds on the Dana Center's decade of work strengthening mathematics and science education in Texas. It integrates leadership development for department, campus, and district leaders while simultaneously supporting classroom teacher development. The leadership and teacher work are driven by the state's education standards, the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), and include strategies for analyzing the gap between current and target levels of achievement. The analysis is aimed at all levels of the system—district, campus, department/grade, and classroom level—and includes ongoing, in-district, on-site support as well as electronic-based technical assistance.
