Middle School Algebraic Reasoning

Instructional specialists and middle school mathematics teachers will:
- Explore patterns and problems that lead to the development of algebraic thinking skills.
- Gain a deeper understanding of the algebraic "habits of mind" called for in the middle school mathematics TEKS.
- Build connections among concrete, verbal, numeric, graphic, and symbolic representations of relationships between quantities.
