School leaders are constantly called on to plan and carry out wide-ranging improvements in instructional programs. This work can be daunting, especially given the many other demands on leaders’ time.

This academy is designed to simplify the task of improving instructional programs by equipping leaders with knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully implement improvements and increase student achievement.

Throughout this four-part series, you will learn and practice a simple but powerful approach to school improvement that includes strategies for making instructional expectations clear, developing collaborative structures for teachers and leaders, and monitoring and adjusting the instructional program.
