Our district services work includes expert in-district, on-site support, as well as ongoing maintenance and technical assistance. We collaborate closely with each district to best address their specific concerns at a systems level and capitalize on their unique resources.
Districts can partner with us in two ways—through our Partnership for High Achievement or by contracting with us for specific customized services. Either way, districts have access to our powerful suite of protocols and tools for supporting collaborative leadership and teacher professional learning communities.

In our Partnership for High Achievement, we partner with each district to determine their education needs and then refine our resources and tools to help them address those needs, usually over a period of 2 to 4 years.
For other districts, we customize our services to meet their immediate needs, whether that is a single professional development session for teachers or a planned series of visits and sessions at the district, campus, and/or department levels.
