Hotel reservation requests may be made by phoning the Adam's Mark Hotel. To receive the conference rate, refer to CAMT. The deadline for receiving the conference rate is June 7, 2005.

Any cancellations, changes in room occupants, arrival or departure dates, or any special needs are to be made directly with the hotel. If you have made a reservation, and do not cancel within 24 hours before your arrival date, you will be charged for one night.
Room rates do not include daily parking fees charged by the hotel. Occupancy tax is currently 15%. Room rates:
