ACE raises awareness and support at annual fundraising lunch

On Thursday, November 3, ACE hosted its third annual fundraising lunch at the Hilton Austin. Approximately 400 people attended and—due to the generosity of many donors—we exceeded our fundraising goals.
During the lunch, attendees heard from Jocelyn Resto, an ACE parent tutor, Meghan Robinson, an ACE tutor, Dr. Mary Ellen Isaacs, ACE Program Director, and Veronica Sharp, Principal of T.A. Brown Elementary.
Veronica spoke about the impact the ACE tutoring is having on her students and how she commits funding from her school budget to support our initiative. During her speech, she said "ACE is the best bang for my buck! I know that this financial investment in ACE yields far more than we even contribute." We would like to thank everyone for attending and supporting our growth over the next year!
