Patrick is a senior program coordinator for the Texas Homeless Education Office (THEO). He has been at THEO since 1992, working to improve the education of children and youth experiencing homelessness.
Prior to joining the Dana Center
Patrick was at the Texas Education Agency’s Dropout Information Clearinghouse. His professional interests include the relationships between poverty and education, the education of children and youth experiencing homelessness, and reading acquisition.
